INP(NPI) / UNP(NPU) Profiles

INP(NPI) / UNP(NPU) Profiles; Steel profiles are used in the construction of industrial buildings and steel construction heavy structures. Today, with the development of the building industry, the spread of multi-storey constructions and the proliferation of industrial facilities, the use of steel profiles has also become widespread. In addition, it is used in the manufacture of construction machinery, agricultural machinery, metal and sheet metal processing machines and energy transmission lines. Again, in projects such as viaducts, prefabricated structures, light steel structures, bridges and crossings (underpass and overpass), INP (NPI) and UNP (NPU) profiles (irons) are also used extensively. Their production takes place between 80-400 mm wall thickness and 6 meters in length.

Hot Rolled Coil/Pack Sheet

Hot Rolled Coil/Pack Sheet; It is obtained by rolling at a high temperature (1700 F and above), which is above the recrystallization temperature of the steel. When the steel is above its recrystallization temperature, it can be shaped and sized. Hot rolled sheet (steel) is generally less expensive than cold rolled steel, as there is no downtime and no reheating during production. Steel shrinks to a certain extent when cooled, thus less controlling the size and shape of the final product than cold rolled product.

Hot Rolled Sheets are mainly used in various fields such as shipbuilding, power transmission lines, pipe and profile production, construction, highway barriers and plates, container and machinery manufacturing industry.
